Deven

Deven is 5 year old Cocker Spaniel. He was brought to the Humane Society after being tied up in a yard, teased and neglected. Someone from the Best Friends network in Los Angeles helped him find a new home where he has lived with his new human parent, Phylis, for three years. Given his past, he spends much of his time working on how to trust people again. With patience, a training regimen, affection and love he has made great progress and has come to understand that he is in his forever home. It’s not all hard work, though, Deven gets a lot of time to run at the dog park, jump for toys and he will do just about anything to get his paws on a squeaky toy....any squeaky toy will do.
